Attention GH Parents, Friends and Community Cougar Supporters:
We're excited to participate in this year’s annual North Texas Giving Day. We’re inviting you to join us on our journey to continue enhancing our amazing new school environment which in turn directly impacts and supports our students' growth. Our goal is $7,500 and we need your help spreading the word about our fundraising needs.
We are busy “planting seeds of knowledge” with our community garden. In partnership with Grow Garden Grow, we're developing a hands-on curriculum and garden experience for our students. We’re also focused on cultivating comfort and curiosity with a Kid’s Corner which will be a welcoming space for families visiting our campus, filled with books, STEM toys, and cozy seating.
Bonus – we’ve got a “sweet” fundraising twist this year. Principal Verver has agreed to take one for the team if we hit our $7,500 target. He will face a barrage of whipped cream pies thrown by some lucky students. Help your Cougars meet our goal for the chance to see Verver get “pied”! A few lucky students will get to be the ones throwing the pies – their golden ticket is your donation so please include your student’s name in the “Add a dedication to your donation” section. Every donation with their name listed is ONE entry in the raffle which we’ll use to draw names of a few lucky pie-throwing kiddos!
Ready to make a difference? Donate today. Check out our Cougar-ific donation levels to show you just how far your “Cougar Bucks” can go to help us reach our goal!
